Our Story
When our co-founder, Dr. Nathan Ho, opened his dental practice every patient was the lifeline of his business. He was often broke and in debt. One day he had only one patient on the schedule and yet he was so excited to see her. 15 minutes before the appointment, however, she called and cancelled her appointment. He was disappointed as she was the only patient he had that day. Later, he found out that as she was on her way to office, she went on Google to get directions and read a negative review about his business. She changed her mind! After that day he realized that the few false negative reviews that his business had really affected his reputation and were turning potential patients away. He had plenty of satisfied patients and only a few unhappy ones. And yet, those unhappy patients were the ones that were writing reviews. After that experience, he focused on getting as many genuine and authentic reviews from his patients as he could. Since then, his business thrived without having to spend more hard-earned dollars on marketing.
A few years later, he partnered up with his co-founders, Binh Do (System Architect) and Quyen Le (a CPA), to help other small business owners in the United States to get more reviews and build a better online reputation for their businesses. Together, they built a review generation and management software, which has evolved into today’s innovative customer engagement platform called EnvisionStars. Now EnvisionStars has business texting, review, referral, and webchat products – the critical tools for business owners to get more referrals, more reviews, and better engagement with their existing and new customers. Their goal is to serve as many hard-working small business owners as possible and help them grow their businesses, so they can be more successful and have more freedom in life.
